CHROMIFIED currently ships across India.
we work with trusted courier partners to deliver every order safely and reliably to serviceable PIN codes across the country.
processing & delivery
orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location.
certain Objects, limited releases or made-to-order items may require additional time before dispatch. where applicable, this will be mentioned on the product page.
once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
shipping charges
shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
from time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or during special campaigns.
order cancellations
orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing or dispatch.
once an order has been prepared, packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

while we do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

while we'll always do our best to assist, CHROMIFIED cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
damaged or incorrect orders
if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
